- Mortgage Company Information (if any)
- Property Mailing Address
Commercial
- Property Survey and Recent Environmental Survey
- Information about the Borrowing Entity (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreements, etc.)
- Inspection Report
- Corporate Tax Returns and/or Financial Statements
